The current study investigates the impact of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation on Green Creative Behavior within tourism businesses in Yazd province, considering the mediating roles of Green Creative Self-Efficacy and Employees' Pro-Environmental Behavior. Data were collected via questionnaire. A sample size of 324 was determined. The hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SPSS and Mplus software packages. The hypothesis test results indicated that among tourism enterprises, green entrepreneurial attitude had an impact on pro-environmental employee behaviour (β=0.201 and T=2.998), green creative behaviour (β=0.523 and T=4.504), and green creative self-efficacy (β=0.661 and T=9.285). Additionally, the effect of pro-environmental behaviour on green creative behaviour among tourism businesses (β=0.544 and T=9.090) and the effect of green creative self-efficacy on green creative behaviour of employees (β=0.210 and T=2.797) were both confirmed, but the mediating role of pro-environmental behaviour of employees and green creative self-efficacy was not. The results of this study demonstrated that managers should prioritize sustainability as a fundamental business value and integrate a bright green entrepreneurial attitude into the organisational culture. This involves incorporating environmental objectives.
