Investigating the Situation of Good Governance in Villages with FAHP Model and ARAS Technique (Case study of Villages in the Central district of Poldakhtar County and Mosian District of Dehloran County)

Abstract

Today, governance passes through the realm of government and faces many problems and has no choice but to get rid of them. Governance must be able to establish partnership and cooperation between all the forces influencing the management of society, namely governments, the private sector and grassroots organizations. The purpose of this study is to rank the model of good governance in rural areas with emphasis on the villages of the two central district of Poldakhtar county and Mosian district of Dehloran county, including 8 components (main) and 43 sub-components (sub). Research method, descriptive and data collection tools in addition to library studies, preparing a questionnaire of experts, and for more detailed analysis of this information, multi-criteria decision-making techniques of hierarchical analysis FAHP and ARAS technique have been ranked. The statistical population of this research is 20 rural experts (sheriff, governor, village governor , council, etc.) of Poldakhtar and Ilam counties. Findings show that the highest weight obtained from the components belonged to the component of responsibility, accountability and participation and the lowest weight obtained belonged to the components of transparency and central justice, respectively. Also, the ranking of governance in the villages of Mosian district with the degree of usefulness (Ki) (0.5119) was better than the villages of the central part with the degree of usefulness (Ki) (0.4591). Out of 7 villages that have good governance status, 6 villages are in Mosian district and 1 village is in the central district.
